Nathan Brisby (he/him)

Nathan Brisby serves as the Chief People Officer at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where responsibilities include leading the People Team and reporting directly to the CEO. In addition to this role, Nathan functions as the Lead Facilitator for One Spirit Learning Alliance and has founded Broadway Gives Back, an organization that creates meaningful art in partnership with non-profits to support those in need within the Broadway community. Previous positions include Director of Organizational Development & Learning at Actors' Equity Association and various roles in learning and development at ASPCA. Nathan's educational background includes an MBA in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development from Baruch College, a BA in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Point Loma Nazarene University, and a Master's in Rhetoric from California State University, Los Angeles, along with a certification in Grief Counseling.
