Erik Boyd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent sourcing and business development within the IT sector. Currently serving as a Talent Sourcing Consultant and Account Manager at One Step Beyond Group since January 2020, Erik guides clients through their cloud journey, focusing on leveraging disruptive technologies for digital transformation. Previously, Erik held advisory and managerial roles at BIGeoData, Team Partners, Linalis, K2 Partnering Solutions, Alexander Hughes-CPM Search, and Baldwin Forrester & Co., developing expertise in business intelligence, mobile applications, and recruitment services. Erik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Spanish from Pacific University and has further education experience in Spain.
