Marcus Whitaker

Marcus Whitaker has had a diverse range of work experience. Marcus started their career in 2003 as a Men's Department Manager and Human Resources Manager at Juicy Couture, where they interviewed and trained new hires and implemented HR policies. Marcus then worked at Benetton Group as a Store Manager, overseeing staffing, merchandising, and customer service. Marcus later became a General Store Manager at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP, where they managed inventory, schedules, and staff. Marcus then moved on to ANN INC, where they served as a General Store Manager, responsible for financial and operational leadership. Marcus then joined Burberry as a Sales Manager, guiding and inspiring a team to exceed sales targets. Currently, Marcus is the Vice President of Operations at The ONE Street Company, where they coordinate a workforce of 20 people and oversees hiring and coaching efforts, as well as the creation of personnel policies.

Marcus Whitaker attended the University of the Arts from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a BA in Vocal Performance. During their time at the university, they focused on Jazz Studies as a concentration within their degree program.
