Andrew Milner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Andrew started their career at Radiant Systems Inc. as a Training Analyst in 2008 and later transitioned to the role of Associate Consultant. In 2011, they joined Brinker International as a Solutions Delivery Analyst, where they designed and implemented point-of-sale systems at Chili's and Maggiano's restaurants. Andrew also served as a Data Warehouse Developer, leading a team in a Master Data Management migration project.
In 2015, Milner moved to Chili's as a Digital Marketing Analyst, where they developed strategies for targeting different customer segments through various digital marketing channels. Andrew then became the Manager of CRM and Digital Innovation, overseeing CRM marketing efforts and leading a team to implement machine learning-based offer models. Later, they became the Digital Marketing Manager, responsible for managing the Chili's website and app, optimizing user experience, and improving revenue through testing and optimization.
From 2019 to 2020, Milner worked at Maggiano's Little Italy as a Senior Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager, focusing on digital marketing initiatives and analytics. In 2020, they joined Fossil Group, Inc. as a Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics, contributing to marketing analytics strategies.
Currently, Milner holds the position of Lead Analyst at One Technologies, where they bring their expertise to analyze and provide insights in the field.
Andrew Milner attended Cistercian Preparatory School from 1995 to 2003. From 2003 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science at Texas A&M University.
