Jennifer Hecht

Jennifer Hecht is an HRIS and Analytics Manager at One Workplace, with a background in talent acquisition and general HR functions. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as an HR Generalist at Campbell Union High School District, where Jennifer managed employee pay changes, recruitment processes, and HR projects. Jennifer also has experience in program coordination and office assistance from their time at San Jose State University and various internships. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Mass Communications from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's degree in Film and Television from Boston University.
