Maria Doria

Maria Doria has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Maria is currently serving as the Director of Operations at One World Surgery since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Manager of Missions & Operations from March 2021 to September 2022 at the same organization. From August 2018 to March 2021, Maria held the position of Medical Missions Manager, and before that, they served as the Medical Missions Coordinator from November 2015 to August 2018.

Maria also worked at Manos de Cristo, where they held the roles of Assistant Education Coordinator from August 2014 to November 2015 and Computer Literacy Coordinator from February 2013 to August 2014. Maria interned as an MSSW Counseling Intern at Hope Alliance Crisis Center from March 2014 to August 2014, and as an MSSW Intern at Communities in Schools of Central Texas, Garza High School from February 2013 to May 2013.

Maria Doria completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Augustana College from 2006 to 2009. In 2008, they also pursued a course at The Center for Interamerican Studies, focusing on the study of Spanish. Later, from 2012 to 2014, Maria attended The University of Texas at Austin, where they earned their Master of Science in Social Work degree.
