Shaun O’sullivan

Shaun O'Sullivan is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Operations at One YMCA since January 2020. Responsibilities include developing an Employee Lifecycle, leading the People Strategy, and reviewing HR and L&D services to align with organizational goals. Prior experience includes HR Manager and HR Operations Lead roles, where management of HR strategies and systems was a primary focus. Shaun has also served as the Human Resources Manager for LCW UCC, overseeing HR functions within a healthcare context, and held previous roles at LCWUCC, Genesis Housing Association, and Homeless Action In Barnet, focusing on recruitment and support for vulnerable populations. Shaun holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Geography from Sheffield Hallam University.
