Tim Matts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, leadership development, and mental health support. Currently serving as a Strategic Partnerships leader at OneAccord since March 2024, Tim also holds the position of Principal at Resonance Partners, where the focus is on enhancing relationships through equine facilitated leadership workshops. As Co-Founder and Executive Director of Raven Rock Ranch, Tim promotes mental health recovery for trauma-impacted individuals through horse therapy.
