Chris White

Chris White has extensive work experience in product management and leadership roles. Chris is currently the Vice President of Product | People at Advanced, where they work with industry leaders to develop People category products and align business goals with customer needs. Prior to this, Chris was the Head of Product, People Management at Advanced, leading a team on the strategy and direction of the company's People Management solutions.

Before joining Advanced, Chris worked at Zellis as the Director of Product Management, HR solutions, where they played a central role in transitioning ResourceLink to Zellis HCM Cloud. Chris also served as a Senior Product Manager at Zellis.

Earlier in their career, Chris held various positions at Capita, including Head Of Product Management: One Digital and Digital Solutions Business Unit Manager. Chris was responsible for managing teams and delivering software solutions for a range of market sectors. Chris also worked as a Senior Product Manager at Capita, overseeing the development of revenues software and Capita's cloud-based Paradigm digital platform.

Chris began their career at Lucent Technologies, where they served as an OMC Product Manager and later as a Product Release Manager, responsible for delivering all aspects of a yearly release for mobile operators.
