Harry Culbreath

Harry Culbreath is an accomplished Senior Structural Engineer with extensive experience in the engineering field. Currently working at O'Neal, Inc. since April 2015, Harry has also held significant roles at Jacobs Engineering and CH2M Hill Lockwood Greene, contributing as a Senior Structural Engineer from 2011 to 2015 and from 2010 to 2011, respectively. Additionally, Harry has been the President and Owner of Upstate Concrete Pumping, Inc. since August 1994, showcasing entrepreneurial skills alongside engineering expertise. Educational qualifications include a BS in Ocean Engineering from Florida Atlantic University and studies at Georgia Institute of Technology from 1964 to 1968.
