Phyllis Soden has extensive experience in finance and administrative roles spanning over three decades. Previously, Phyllis worked at Fluor Daniel, Inc. as a Cost Administrative Assistant, where responsibilities included expenditure management and invoicing support. Earlier experience includes the role of Office Manager at Daniel Construction Company, handling payroll, human resources, and accounting, as well as serving as Project Secretary at Ultrasystems, Inc., managing payroll and secretarial tasks. Phyllis is a graduate of Newport High School.
