David Phillips

David Phillips has over 25 years of work experience in the field of information technology. David most recently held the position of Information Technology Director - Southeast Region at Atlas starting in November 2017. Prior to that, they worked for Moreland Altobelli Associates, LLC as the Director of Information Technology for over 16 years. David also has experience as a Director of Technology Services at Southwest Georgia Technical College and as a Network Technical Specialist at Archbold Medical Center. Additionally, they worked as a Distributed Computer Systems Analyst at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.

David Phillips attended The University of Georgia from 1987 to 1989, where they studied Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Thomasville High School.
