Joshua Earl

Joshua Earl has a diverse work experience starting in 2004 with the Washington State Department of Transportation as a Transportation Engineer. Joshua then moved on to work as a Project Engineer at AECOM from 2011 to 2013. Following that, they worked at PCL Construction as a Quality Engineer for three years. In 2016, they joined O'Neill Service Group as a Senior Project Manager. Currently, they are the Northwest Business Lead at Atlas starting from February 2023.

Joshua Earl received their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Saint Martin's University from 2001 to 2003. Joshua also obtained additional certifications including PE Civil Engineer from California in 2012, Bridge Condition Inspection from US Department of Transportation (DOT) & WSDOT in 2011, and PE Civil Engineering from Washington in 2008.
