Justin Malan

Justin Malan has extensive experience in operations and emergency management, currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Account Representative at OneBlood since 2014. In this role, Justin manages a geographic territory, coordinating 30 to 50 blood drives monthly, focusing on client relations and tailored marketing strategies to boost participation. Prior experience in the United States Air Force includes roles as Superintendent of Readiness & EM Flight and NCOIC of Emergency Management, where Justin supervised personnel, managed critical response programs, and led significant projects related to emergency operations. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Trident University International and has degrees in Emergency Management and Medical Laboratory Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
