Kymberli Findley has extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement, currently serving as Chief Talent Officer at Onebridge since February 2010. Kymberli has held various leadership roles within the company, including VP of Talent Acquisition - Tech Services, Senior Director of Experience & Engagement, Director of Employee Engagement, Technical Recruiting Manager, Lead Technical Recruiter, and Senior Technical Recruiter, specializing in full lifecycle technical recruiting for diverse clients. Prior to Onebridge, Kymberli was Regional Director and Director of Placement at computertraining.edu, and worked as Business Relationship and Recruitment Services Coordinator at Arbor Education and Training. Kymberli holds a B.A. in Communication from Northern Kentucky University.
