Ahmed Fahmy أحَمْدُ فهْمِي

Ahmed Fahmy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ahmed currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Bitaqaty since January 2016. Prior to that, they held the same position at OneCard from 2010. Ahmed has also been a Board Member of Mubasher Trade Egypt since November 2017.

In terms of managerial roles, Fahmy served as the Director of Operations at National Net Ventures (N2V) from November 2010 to November 2013. Before that, they worked as the Commercial Manager at Mathal Holdings from April 2009 to May 2010.

Fahmy initially gained experience at OneCard as the Business Development Manager and Operation Manager from April 2006 to March 2009. Prior to that, they held various positions at Yalla Powered By Biritish Telecom (Yalla Misr), including Commercial Manager from June 2004 to June 2006, Sales Manager from June 2002 to June 2004, and Account Manager from September 2000 to May 2002.

At the beginning of their career, Fahmy served as a Customer Service Supervisor at LINKdotNET from September 1999 to September 2000.

Ahmed Fahmy attended Ain Shams University from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Ahmed specialized in Business Administration in the English Section. In 2023, they obtained additional certifications from CFTE - Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship, including "Bigtech & financial services" and "Fintech360_Innovator Programme."
