Customer Relations

The Customer Relations team at OneCarNow! is dedicated to fostering positive relationships with our customers, primarily consisting of bank-ignored gig workers. The Sales Representatives work on acquiring new subscribers, while the Customer Success team ensures that existing customers have a seamless and satisfying experience. The Customer Success Lead oversees the department to improve service delivery, and the Community Manager builds and engages with our vibrant customer community to support and enhance their experience with our car subscription service.
