César Lozano has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. César first worked at PUMA Group as a Regional Sales Manager, where they managed two retail stores and was responsible for administrative and operational tasks. César created KPIs and motivated the team to achieve goals.

Later, they joined Skydropx as a Senior Customer Service Representative, where they handled user issues and escalated necessary information to logistics providers for quick resolutions. César successfully resolved a high volume of tickets each week. César then transitioned to the role of International Shipping Manager Senior, where they generated import guides, conducted webinars to promote international shipping, and trained the sales team on the service. César also implemented cross-sale and upsell strategies for active customers.

Most recently, César joined OneCarNow! as a Customer Success Lead.

César Lozano's education history begins in 2013 when they enrolled at the Universidad del Valle de México for their Bachelor's degree in Administration and Business Management. César completed this program in 2016. Following their undergraduate studies, from 2017 to 2021, they attended the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, specializing in International Business with a focus on General Management Information Systems.

In 2021-2022, César pursued a Diploma in Managerial Skills at the Tecnológico de Monterrey. This additional qualification aimed to enhance their abilities in leadership and management.

Apart from their formal education, César has also obtained certifications in Business English, Professional Skills in Data Analysis, and Key Account Management. These certifications were acquired through courses offered by LinkedIn and were obtained in February of 2023.
