Aidan Johnson

Aidan Johnson's work experience begins in 2012 with the Marketing & Sales - Accelerate Graduate Program at PepsiCo. Aidan then worked as an Assistant Brand Manager for Pepsi & Mountain Dew, leading marketing activities and driving strategy for the beverage business. Aidan later became a Brand Manager for Doritos, successfully transforming the brand into an aspirational social endorsement brand. Aidan also managed all marketing functions for the Beverages portfolio, including annual brand planning for Pepsi and Mountain Dew.

In 2016, Aidan joined Harley-Davidson Motor Company as a Marketing Manager for the Sub-Saharan African market, where they delivered consecutive quarters of regional growth through innovative commercial, innovation, and brand plans. Aidan achieved significant online adoption for the brand through a best-in-class digital strategy.

In 2020, Aidan worked as an Independent Consultant for PepsiCo, serving as a strategic go-to-market consultant to build commercial expansion strategies in emerging markets. Aidan conducted market analysis and designed GTM strategies to inform commercial strategy.

In 2021, Aidan joined ShopriteX as the Head Of Retail before transitioning to become the CEO of OneCart in 2023.
