Dan Goode serves as the Sr. Director of Customer Success at OneCause, a leader in fundraising solutions for nonprofit organizations since January 2017. Previously, Dan held the position of Director of Customer Success & Field Operations at SteadyServ Technologies, where extensive experience was gained in managing installation, training, and client lifecycle processes during rapid business growth. Dan also worked as the Regional Field Service Manager for Carrier Corporation, overseeing operations and P&L for a $14M service business, and as the Director of Operations & Midwest Sales Manager for Pelican Brands, managing national inventory and contributing significantly to company revenue. Additional experience includes a project management internship with AT&T and military service as a Field Artillery Officer in the US Army. Dan holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Vanderbilt University and a BS in German and Russian Languages, Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
