Matthew Blake

Matthew Blake, MBA, has extensive work experience in executive leadership roles across various industries. Matthew is the Chief Executive Officer of OneCruit LLC, a tech-enabled staffing and recruiting firm focused on talent, business, and provider. Prior to this, Matthew served as the Founding Partner & Chairman of CATO Advisors, a growth equity investment and advisory firm. Matthew has also worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Staff Holdings, Inc., a holding company for staffing organizations. In addition, Matthew has held leadership positions at Vision Captive Insurance Company, Franklin Data, and Hagen, Streiff, Newton & Oshiro Accountants PC (HSNO). Matthew founded Franklin Data and led its acquisition by HSNO. Matthew has also been involved in entrepreneurial ventures and has held multiple leadership roles in startups and growth organizations.

Matthew Blake, MBA, has a strong educational background in business and international/global studies. Matthew earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in finance from Columbia Business School in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Columbia University, obtaining a CSEP degree from 1994 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Matthew also has certifications in Software & SAAS Licensing Agreements from Budd Larner, P.C. in 2013 and is a Licensed Private Investigator, certified by the Texas Department of Public Safety in September 2009.
