Ayd Shah

Aydin Shahidi is a Learning Specialist in the Impact, Learning & Accountability department at One Earth Future Foundation, focusing on developing frameworks for programmatic success and monitoring progress. Previous roles include Program Specialist and Program Coordinator within the Strategy department at the same organization, assisting in strategic planning and overseeing various functions. Aydin's early career includes positions as a Research Assistant at the Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences and Alchemist CDC, as well as internships at Morgan Stanley and Royax, where responsibilities ranged from business model development to foreign market entry strategy. Aydin holds a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, and completed a Full International Baccalaureate at the International School of Prague.
