Mitch Hochberg

Mitch Hochberg serves as General Counsel at ONE, where responsibilities include leading legal and compliance teams, and previously held the role of Chief Compliance Officer overseeing various compliance areas. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where Mitch headed compliance for banking products, and as Partner & General Counsel at Fenway Summer, co-founding a startup merchant bank. Mitch has also worked as General Counsel at Ethos Lending LLC, Senior Counsel at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Attorney at the Federal Reserve Board. Early career experience includes litigation as an Associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and serving as a Legislative Correspondent for Congressman Sam Graves. Educational qualifications include a JD from Boston University School of Law, an MA in International Relations from Boston University, and a BA in International Affairs from the Elliott School of International Affairs.
