Sarah Elliot

Sarah Elliot is currently the General Counsel at One. Prior to that, they were Special Advisor at ONE from February 2019 to July 2022. Before that, they were at TechGC and Azlo, where they served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer respectively. From May 2016 to August 2018, they were Head of Compliance and Regulatory at Blend. From January 2012 to January 2015, they were a Principal at Promontory Financial Group, an IBM company that provides bank regulatory strategy and advisory services. From January 2015 to April 2016, they were a Senior Associate at Buckley Sandler LLP, where they worked on financial technology, fair and responsible financial services, and anti-money laundering/bank secrecy act cases. Prior to that, they were an Associate at BuckleySandler LLP from January 2011 to December 2011.

Sarah Elliot has a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, a Master of Music from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a Bachelor of Music from Christopher Newport University. Sarah is certified by the State Bar of California as a Registered In-House Counsel, by the DC Bar as a Member (Inactive), and by the New York State Unified Court System as a Member. Sarah is also certified by the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US).
