Pauline Torres has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Pauline started their career as a Translator at Torres Translations from June 2009 to January 2012. Later, they worked at 203 Web Group Spain S.L.U. as a Site Manager from December 2011 to February 2012, and then as an Operations Manager from March 2012 to January 2013, where they focused on customer service, marketing strategies, and HR responsibilities. After that, Pauline served as the CEO of myTaste from February 2013 to September 2015, where they built the startup company and managed communication between the Barcelona and Stockholm offices. Pauline then took a maternity leave from October 2015 to January 2017. Pauline joined Coworks Inc. as the COO from February 2017 to August 2017, overseeing the management of freelancer and contractor relationships. Pauline then worked at Symbio as a Talent & Culture Manager from September 2017 to August 2018. Currently, Pauline serves as the Head of Talent & Culture at Oneflow since August 2018, where they automate the contract process and improves decision-making and deal velocity.

Pauline Torres earned their Bachelor's degree in Translation and Interpreting from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2007 to 2011. Pauline also obtained a Higher Diploma in Tourism from Universidad de Barcelona in 2006-2007.
