Maurits Schön

Maurits Schön has extensive experience in the legal field, with their most recent position being the VP Operations (Legal & People) at OneFootball starting in October 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles in legal counsel and senior legal counsel at OneFootball. Before joining OneFootball, Maurits co-founded Vista Athletics in 2016. Maurits also worked as an Associate at Hausfeld from January 2021 to March 2022. Maurits gained experience as a Rechtsreferendar at Quinn Emanuel, Hausfeld, and the Deutsche Botschaft Buenos Aires. Additionally, they worked as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Latham & Watkins, Universität zu Köln, and Hogan Lovells.

Maurits Schön completed their Master of Laws (LLM) in European Business Law at Lund University from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Staatsexamen in Rechtswissenschaften from the University of Cologne between 2014 and 2017. In 2013, they studied Rechtswissenschaften at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and from 2011 to 2014, they pursued the same field at Freie Universität Berlin.
