Yll Dushi

Yll Dushi has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Yll started their career at Pronet in 2006 as a Programmer, working on various projects. In 2007, they joined ProCredit Bank as a Management Information System Analyst, where they were responsible for preparing reports, maintaining databases, and analyzing data quality. Yll later took on roles such as Head of Financial Controlling and Leasing Project Manager.

In 2017, Yll Dushi worked as the CFO at Viva Fresh Sh.P.K. for a brief period before returning to ProCredit Bank as the Head of Finance and Treasury Department. Yll held this position until 2019 when they joined OneFor Centre of Competence LLC as the Chief Financial Officer.

Their most recent role was as the General Manager at OneFor, a Fintech enterprise offering mobile money applications and technical services. Yll Dushi's work experience showcases their expertise in finance, treasury management, financial controlling, and information systems.

Yll Dushi completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universiteti i Prishtines, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. After a gap, they pursued further education, earning a Master's degree in Management and Finance from Universiteti AAB Riinvest. Yll attended this institution from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Yll Dushi obtained two certifications from Coursera. In March 2019, they completed the FinTech Foundations and Overview course, and in April 2019, they obtained the certification for FinTech Security and Regulation (RegTech).
