Kilian Whelan

Kilian Whelan has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry, starting as an Account Manager at International Risk Management Group (IRMG) in 1994, eventually becoming Vice President. Kilian then held various leadership roles at JLT Insurance Management, including President and CEO, playing a strategic role in expansion into North America and the Caribbean. Kilian later served as Executive Chairman at JLT Insurance Management, overseeing the integration with Marsh & McLennan. Kilian also served as Chief Operating Officer at the 35th America's Cup and is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Oneglobal Broking.

Kilian Whelan attended Gonzaga College in Dublin, Ireland from 1983 to 1989. Kilian then went on to study at the Accountancy & Business College from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Chartered Association of Certified Accountants degree. In 1994, they became a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountant FCCA. Later, in 2015, they also became a Member of the Institute of Directors.
