Liliana Chiaro M.ed

Liliana Chiaro, M.Ed, currently serves as the Director of Operations - Finance & Executive Assistant at OneGoal, having transitioned from the role of Manager of Program Operations. Prior experience includes teaching at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, where Liliana excelled in leading Professional Learning Community meetings and achieving significant student growth in math and literacy. As a 2019 Corps Member for Teach For America North Carolina Piedmont Triad, Liliana was selected from a competitive pool and adapted to teaching during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional experience encompasses fundraising for the Wisconsin Foundation & Alumni Association, internship contributions at 15BILLIONEBP and GROWCommunity, and a strong academic foundation with graduate and undergraduate degrees focused on education policy, nonprofit leadership, and equity.
