Rosa Laster

Rosa Laster is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and economic support. Currently serving as an HR Generalist at the Oneida Nation since January 2022, Rosa previously held the position of Economic Support Specialist at the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin from January 2021 to April 2022. Rosa's experience at the Oneida Tribe spans over a decade, including roles such as Executive Assistant to the Oneida Business Committee, Workforce Development Specialist, HR Assistant, and Administrative Assistant-HR. Rosa earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a Minor in Human Resources from Concordia University-Wisconsin and an Associate's degree in Business Management from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
