Philip Perrault

Philip Perrault has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial and technology sectors. Philip began their career at Merrill Lynch in 1994 as an Assistant Vice President, where they developed and managed the US equities program trading system. Philip then worked at Cambridge Technology Partners as a Solutions Partner, where they consulted for UBS and played a key role in developing and deploying an execution management system for trading baskets of stocks on global exchanges.

In 2004, Philip joined Vhayu Technologies as a Software Engineer + Pre-Sales, where they built and conducted numerous proof of concept trials for the Vhayu tick capture and analysis platform, resulting in significant sales growth. Philip also developed time series trading applications for various financial institutions, consuming historical and real-time data.

From 2009 to 2016, Philip worked at Thomson Reuters as a Principal Engineer, Software Development & Data Mining. Philip primarily conducts proof of concept engagements with major financial organizations, specializing in AWS Cloud-based use cases involving elastic compute workloads, customized dashboard visualizations, and sophisticated custom queries. Their expertise also includes deep data mining and analysis using time series DB technology.
