Jennifer Peatey

Jennifer Peatey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jennifer is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at One Model since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Suncorp Group as an HR Project Lead from April 2019 to November 2022. Within the same company, they also served as a Technology Outsourcing Analyst from May 2017 to April 2019 and as a Workforce Analytics Consultant from December 2014 to May 2017.

Before joining Suncorp Group, Jennifer worked at Thiess as a Lead HR Analyst from February 2013 to November 2014. Jennifer also gained experience at BHP Billiton as a Workforce Planning Advisor from April 2012 to February 2013 and as an HR Analyst (seven month contract) from October 2011 to April 2012.

Jennifer's earlier career includes roles at QAG/GOMA as a Foundation Coordinator from May 2011 to September 2011. Jennifer also worked at SuccessFactors as an HR Metrics, Analytics, and Research Consultant and Team Leader from March 2007 to May 2011. Additionally, they gained experience at Downing Teal Pty Ltd as a Researcher and Resourcer from March 2006 to March 2007. Jennifer started their career as an HR Work Experience Student (staff retention and turnover project) at Boeing Australia Limited from November 2005 to March 2006.

Jennifer Peatey obtained their Bachelor of Arts (HONS) in Psychology from The University of Queensland between 2001 and 2005. Concurrently, they also pursued a Bachelor of Business Management with a focus on Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations at the same institution from 2001 to 2004. In 2009, Jennifer completed a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment from Chris Morton Powerful Seminars.
