Afrah Mohamoud

Afrah Mohamoud has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Afrah is currently working as a Client Relationship Manager at OneOme. In this role, they are responsible for managing client relationships.

Prior to their current position, Afrah worked at Marsh & McLennan Companies Middle East from 2018 to 2020 as a Senior Business Development Manager. Afrah'sresponsibilities included identifying potential clients, educating them on risk management, and presenting and negotiating client solutions. Afrah successfully increased the key account base and ensured client satisfaction within the health insurance industry.

From 2008 to 2018, Afrah worked at National Health Insurance Company - Daman as a Senior Account Manager. In this role, they acted as a Team Leader, assisting the Sales Supervisor in achieving renewal and new business development targets. Afrah also conducted inductions for clients and new joiners, implemented sales policies and procedures, and strengthened distribution channels.

Prior to their experience at Daman, Afrah worked at Etisalat UAE from 2006 to 2008 in a customer service position, and at Mosaica Education from 2006 to 2008 as a Teacher Assistant.

Afrah Mohamoud obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from SBS Swiss Business School, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they earned the certification of Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI) from LOMA in the year 2021.
