Jamie S. Dupris, MBA has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Currently, Jamie is working as a Senior Finance Director at OneOme, starting in February 2021.

Prior to joining OneOme, Jamie worked at Anthem, Inc. from January 2017 to February 2021 as a Finance Director. In this role, Jamie was responsible for driving financial strategy and overseeing financial planning and analysis activities for multiple lines of business. Jamie supported commercial business activities by providing product cost and pricing models, sales pipeline reporting, business case development, and market analysis review. Jamie also implemented process improvements to streamline finance processes and centralize financial information.

From January 2014 to August 2016, Jamie worked as a Finance Director at Walter Investment Management Corp. In this role, Jamie developed and oversaw the financial responsibility of a $109M operating plan, $45M capital plan, and $33M facility plan. Jamie also streamlined the budget process across multiple segments, delivered timely financial results and budgets to executive management.

Before that, Jamie held multiple roles at Green Tree Servicing (now Ditech Financial LLC) from February 2005 to December 2013. Jamie served as a Manager in FP&A and Procurement and was responsible for managing budgets, financial reporting, and variance analysis for IT and 79 facilities. In this role, Jamie successfully removed ineffective and redundant support agreements, resulting in annual savings of $100K. Jamie also worked as a Financial Analyst, where they managed all financial aspects of IT, collaborated with senior leadership on monthly financials and variance analysis, and negotiated vendor contracts.

Jamie began their career as an Accountant at Zomax from July 2000 to February 2005. In this role, Jamie prepared budgets, performed month-end close, and produced financial reporting packages. They also provided regulatory reporting schedules for tax returns, SEC filings, government surveys, and state sales tax reports.

Jamie's first role in their career was as an Accounting Specialist at Fleming Foods from June 1997 to July 2000.

Jamie S. Dupris, MBA has a diverse education history. They began their educational journey at Anoka-Ramsey Community College from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Accounting. They then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Capella University, completing their studies from 2009 to 2012. Continuing their academic pursuits, Jamie later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Cloud State University between 2018 and 2020.
