Lisa Alderman, MLS(ASCP) has over 30 years of experience in the medical laboratory field. Lisa is currently working as a Medical Laboratory Scientist at OneOncology. In their previous role at Associates in Hematology Oncology, P.C., Lisa was responsible for performing diagnostic laboratory testing in a physician office laboratory setting, with a focus on hematology and oncology. Lisa also maintained and performed quality control on hematology analyzers. Lisa has also worked as a Sales/Technical Support Specialist at Equal Diagnostics Inc., where they increased and maintained sales of clinical laboratory products and provided technical support to customers. Prior to that, they were a Senior Analyst in Clinical Systems at Micah Systems Inc., where they developed and maintained hospital computer information systems. Lisa began their career as a Staff Medical Technologist at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, where they performed diagnostic testing and supervised the Microbiology Department.

Lisa Alderman, MLS(ASCP), obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in the years 1979 to 1983. Following this, they pursued further education in Medical Laboratory Science at the same university from 1983 to 1984, earning another Bachelor's Degree.
