Michael Williams has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in the field of oncology. Michael began their career at Baptist Memorial Hospital in 2004, where they worked as a Nurse Intern on the Long Term Acute Care and Oncology floors. This experience helped solidify their passion for taking care of oncology patients. Michael then became a Registered Nurse in the hospital's busy ICU, specializing in neurological and medical/surgical patients. During this time, they obtained their ACLS certification and was also promoted to a unit charge nurse.
In 2008, Michael joined HRN Services as a Traveling ICU Nurse and worked in a Community Hospital in Central California. Michael gained valuable experience in caring for a culturally diverse patient population.
Michael's next career move was to The West Clinic in 2008, where they started as a Registered Nurse and administered and mixed chemotherapy agents. Michael built strong relationships with physicians and their staff to provide the best care for patients. Over time, they progressed to the role of Site Director and eventually became the Administrative Director of Nursing and Clinical Services, overseeing the clinic's operations.
Currently, Michael is working at OneOncology, where they hold the position of Vice President, Regional Operations. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of Clinic Operations and the Director of Clinical Services.
Throughout their career, Michael has accumulated a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of oncology, demonstrating their dedication and commitment to providing quality care to patients.
Michael Williams completed their education from 1999 to 2006 at The University of Memphis. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
