Susan Kurkowski

Susan Kurkowski has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as HR/Operations Leader and previously as Human Resources Payroll Administrator at Oneonta Family YMCA since April 2018. Prior to this, Susan held the role of Executive Director at United Way of Delaware and Otsego Counties from January 2015 to December 2017, where the focus was on community engagement and promoting the organization's mission. Earlier experience includes serving as Payroll Administrator at Oneonta Family YMCA from March 2008 to February 2015. Susan holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Farmingdale State College, obtained between 1983 and 1985.
