Ryan Guerrera

Ryan Guerrera's work experience includes a role as a System Engineer II at Onepath LLC, starting in May 2017. In this role, they worked closely with Senior System Engineers on various projects, such as server and firewall installations, migrations, voip installations, and VPN setups. Prior to this, Ryan worked at Internet & Telephone, LLC (now a Onepath Company) starting in September 2010. At this company, they held the position of Senior Engineer/ Help Desk Level 3. Ryan'sresponsibilities included providing support for firewalls, Internet VPNs, remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. Ryan also served as the first point of contact for all IT issues and was responsible for end user access management, including new employee technology onboarding, account setups, access changes, and terminations.
