Sydney Cross

Sydney Cross has a diverse work experience, starting as a Server & Cashier at Fire and Ice Pizza Bar in 2015 and 2016. In 2018, Sydney worked as a Social Media Intern at Bee Cave Acupuncture, where they increased brand presence and assisted with outreach efforts. In 2019, Sydney was a Marketing/Communications Intern at Movability, where they designed marketing graphics and coordinated email blasts. From 2016 to 2019, Sydney held various roles at the Cockrell School of Engineering, including Communications Assistant and Marketing Communications & Student Engagement Coordinator. In these positions, Sydney managed website development, coordinated social media contests, and trained new student employees. Currently, Sydney is the Director of Marketing at OnePointe Solutions, where they develop and implement marketing strategies, collaborate with a team of specialists, manage ad campaigns, and maintain a database of leads.

Sydney Cross completed their high school education at Pflugerville High School from 2011 to 2015. Sydney then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Advertising at the Moody College of Communication from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, Sydney obtained several certifications including Advanced Branding and B2B Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in September 2023, as well as YouTube and Video Marketing from Simplilearn in August 2023.
