Thomas (Tommy) Mills has over 16 years of experience in quality assurance and improvement. Their most recent role was as the VP Quality Assurance Manager at OnePointe Solutions, a position they have held since June 2020. Later, from 2001 to 2003, Tommy attended St. Philip's College, specializing in Computer Installation and Repair Technology/Technician, and earned a degree in Computer Tech.

In addition to their formal education, Tommy has obtained certifications to enhance their skills and qualifications. In 2013, they acquired a Professional Train-The-Trainer Certificate from Southern Maine Community College. Then, in 2017, Tommy received certification as a Quality Management Systems Internal Auditor (ISO 9001:2015), inclusive of ISO 13485:2003 & 13485:2016, from Exemplar Global, Inc.
