Dan Edwards

Dan Edwards is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and auditing across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting at OneRail since January 2023, Dan previously held key roles including Controller at Fluid Systems Inc from May 2019 to December 2022, and Director of Internal Audit at American Midstream, LLC from February 2013 to March 2018. Earlier in the career, Dan was a Manager at Hein & Associates, a regional CPA firm, and a Partner at Edwards & Watts, a local CPA firm. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from UNLV Lee Business School, earned between 1987 and 1992.
