Ariadne Andreuccetti Pereira is an experienced music industry professional with a focus on artist management and rights administration. Currently serving as the Manager Sertanejo at ONErpm since January 2020, Ariadne oversees artist launch planning, coordinates communication with artists, and develops strategic initiatives to meet performance goals, utilizing tools such as Power BI for result evaluation. Previously, as Head of Copyright at KondZilla from March 2017 to December 2019, Ariadne managed contract creation and bilingual artist relations, while ensuring compliance with copyright laws and securing necessary authorizations for major media projects. Earlier roles included A&R Coordinator at Music Delivery Brasil, where Ariadne selected repertoire and managed artist engagement, and positions in sales support at Rio Branco Papéis and NR Acampamentos. Academically, Ariadne holds a postgraduate degree in Music Business and has studied Music Production at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
