Stephen M. Lemrond

Stephen M. Lemrond has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Stephen M. began their career at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa, where they worked as a Hotel Assistant Manager, overseeing operations and guest services. Later, they joined the New Mexico Gas Company as an On-System Transportation Representative and then progressed to roles such as Gas Supply Planner and Contracts & Regulatory Manager.

In 2014, Lemrond joined UNIRAC, Inc. as a Sales Operations Manager, responsible for projects, contracts, and later as Director of Business Development. Stephen M. also served as Director of Sales - West, where they managed strategic relationships and partnerships, sales performance, and personnel in the West Region.

Currently, Lemrond holds executive positions at OneSource Distributors, including Vice President Operations and Vice President Supply Chain. Their responsibilities encompass the oversight of operating budgets, costs, resources, facilities, and operations management. Stephen M. also manages material management, including purchasing, pricing, rebates, and supply chain services.

Stephen M. Lemrond earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Executive MBA from the UNM Anderson School of Management in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics with a Major in Statistics from The University of New Mexico in 2007. In addition to their degrees, Stephen holds a certification in Prosci® Leading Your Team Through Change from Prosci, which was obtained in 2023.
