Javad V. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Javad began their career at Adjoined Consulting, where they served as the Director of Operational Business Solutions, overseeing the delivery of Integrated PeopleSoft ERP solutions to global enterprises. Javad then joined Fidelity National Title as the VP and General Manager, leading the reengineering of a legacy financial application for the Real Estate Industry.

Javad went on to work at Countrywide Home Loans as a Consultant, where they served as the technical lead and project manager for the implementation of PeopleSoft AR, Billing, and Treasury modules. Javad also designed interfaces from legacy loan originating and servicing systems to PeopleSoft Financials.

Afterwards, Javad joined Beckman Coulter, Inc. as a Consultant and Acting Director of the Application Development Group. Javad was responsible for the turnaround of a failed ERP conversion project, reorganizing a team of developers, analysts, and architects while implementing strict methodologies. Javad also worked on various J2EE development projects.

Javad then became an Independent Contractor at Reliance Steel & Aluminum, managing the implementation of a Saas Human Capital Management system for over 7,000 employees. Javad was responsible for budgeting, planning, staffing, and standardizing HCM and Payroll modules.

At Reliance Steel & Aluminum, Javad held the role of Sr. Manager of Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse, leading a team in developing a scalable Data Warehouse to collect and transform data from subsidiaries and disparate sources.

Javad later joined Screen Actors Guild-AFTRA as the National Director of Enterprise Applications Development and Support, overseeing the management and growth of the application ecosystem supporting the organization and its members.

Before joining OneSource Virtual as the Vice President of Deployment Services, Javad held roles as the Director of Business Development for North America and the Western US/Canada regions.

Prior to their current position, Javad worked as the Director of Enterprise Applications at Alpert & Alpert Group and as the Director of Service Delivery at InfoMagnus, where they provided business and technology solutions through partnerships with clients.
