Karen Skelton

Karen Skelton has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1992 as a Senior Accountant at Georgia-Pacific LLC. Karen then worked as a Manager in State and Local Tax Services at Arthur Andersen LLP from 1995 to 1999. Karen joined EY in 1999 and held the role of Senior Manager in State and Local Tax Services, where they sold, managed, and delivered employment tax consulting services. Karen also developed and maintained client relationships, generated additional revenue, and achieved significant tax savings for clients. In 2002, they became a Senior Payroll Tax Project Manager at PwC. From 2003 to 2019, they worked at Equifax, holding various leadership positions in payroll, employment tax, and compensation. Since October 2019, Karen has been the Tax Compliance Director at OneSource Virtual.

Karen Skelton earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Georgia State University, completing their studies from 1987 to 1991. Later on, they pursued a Master of Taxation degree, specializing in taxation, at the same university from 1994 to 1996.
