Taylor Wolter

Taylor Wolter possesses extensive experience in disaster response and nonprofit program management. As the Director of Rebuild Texas at OneStar since June 2019, Taylor has led statewide disaster program strategies and coordinated philanthropic initiatives. Previously, Taylor held various roles at OneStar, including Senior Outreach and Training Officer and Program Officer, where major contributions included directing federal response efforts and building community-led nonprofit organizations after Hurricane Harvey. Taylor’s earlier experience at American YouthWorks involved expanding disaster response programs and managing operations across multiple states. Taylor also has a background in sales and marketing management with Zoes Kitchen and Texas Roadhouse. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University and an Associate of Science in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies from North Central Texas College.
