Debbie Rosengarden

Debbie Rosengarden is an experienced healthcare and event professional, currently serving as Event Staff at Andy Frain Services since January 2024 and working as an Usher at Onesti Entertainment since September 2022. Prior to these roles, Debbie dedicated nearly three decades to St. Francis Hospital, where responsibilities included serving as a BSN, RN II, BC-CVN from August 1993 to February 2022. Debbie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Oak Point University, attained between 2014 and 2016, as well as a Diploma in Registered Nursing from St. Francis School of Nursing, completed in 1993.
