Tom Hewitt

Tom Hewitt is a seasoned Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in various industries, currently at OneStream Software since August 2024. Previously, Tom held similar roles at Copia, where the focus was on addressing food waste and hunger with innovative technology, and BioCatch, a pioneer in behavioral biometrics, reporting directly to CMO & CRO. Tom managed customer success initiatives for CCH® Tagetik, where significant achievements included doubling expected net portfolio gains and reducing year-over-year churn. Early career experience includes account management at Reed Exhibitions, district management at ADP, and production management at the University of Connecticut. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Connecticut in 2012.
