Judit Drotos

Judit Drotos is a Global Customer Success Associate at OneStudyTeam since April 2022, focusing on onboarding researcher teams, driving customer satisfaction across clinical trial sites, and supporting product adoption. Prior to this role, Judit held various positions at Agilent Technologies from July 2015 to October 2021, including EMEAI Customer Master Governance Lead, where responsibilities included implementing master data governance and managing a data team. Earlier experience includes customer service roles at SELLBYTEL Group Spain and teaching English while also assisting in administrative roles at the University of East Anglia. Judit holds a Bachelor of Arts in Translation, Media and Spanish from the University of East Anglia and completed an Erasmus semester at Universidad de Granada.
