Lizabeth Gralnik

Lizabeth Gralnik has extensive experience in various leadership and consulting roles in the technology and consulting industries. Lizabeth currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and DEI Leader at OneTier, where they focus on providing value-added technology solutions and improving cybersecurity measures. Prior to that, they worked at REVISION, Inc. as the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, responsible for developing growth strategies and building client relationships.

Before joining REVISION, Inc., Gralnik served as the VP of Sales, Customer Experience, Strategic Alliances, and DEI Leader at Catapult Technology Services. Lizabeth was also a Practice Partner - Senior Principal Consultant at Luxoft and DXC Technology, where they specialized in digital transformation, analytics, and engineering. At CSC, they worked as a Principal, Digital Transformation - Advisor.

Gralnik's experience also includes roles at Oracle as an Account Sales Director, focusing on ERP and Edge application sales, and at Hitachi Consulting as the North American Director of the Automotive Practice, managing business development and sales nationally.
